How can someone tell if a person is a Taylor Swift fan? Well, there are many ways to find out if someone likes Taylor Swift or not. The symptoms of a Taylor Swift fan is the overplaying of her songs, the obsession of Taylor’s style (boots & sundresses), and the posing of Taylor Swift’s heart pose. These are all characteristics to look for when depicting a Taylor Swift fan. Taylor Swift fans are not all the same but different with their own unique style. The Taylor Swift fan-base is growing each year and will not decline anytime soon. I have seen many Taylor Swift fans rock the country look, the “You belong with me” look, and sometimes even looking exactly like Taylor Swift. Just because girls are the main fan-base doesn’t mean they are Taylor Swift’s only fans, there are still guys and haters that are still her fans.

Yes, guys are Taylor Swift fans too. Although they are fans of Taylor Swift, I don’t really think they like her songs. I think they are more into her looks than her music. Ask any guy about Taylor Swift, they will comment on her good looks but when it comes to her music, there is a negative comment about it. I think they like her because she is the girl they dream of and look the entire world for. Most guys would only like go to her concert to actually ask her out like, Duncan Penn off “The Buried Life”. They don’t really like her music because they think it’s a joke, but they do like her good looks. It’s true, most guys just joke about liking Taylor Swift, but don’t get me wrong, some guys do like her music. Actual country guys don’t even really consider her music to be country, but more of a pop kind of genre. If a singer is hot and can slightly sing, then most guys are going to jump on the bandwagon and become a fan. The guys like her because she’s faithful, cute, and just plain perfect. There are some guy fans that do like her music other than her looks. The guys don’t really dress too crazy when they’re at Taylor’s concert. The guys you see in this picture are how all guys usually dress unless they’re trying to impress Taylor Swift.

Young heart-broken teenage girls are more supportive of Taylor Swift than any other sub-group. In this picture, these two girls are dressed with a country look. They are the classic Taylor Swift fans that like Taylor back when she started. How can I tell? Well, back when Taylor Swift started her singing career, she had sort of a country album, which classifies the cowgirl look. The girls are diehard fans of Taylor Swift, they take it to a whole entire level. They like her so much because most of Taylor Swift’s songs are about of her past relationships with guys she’s been with. These teenage fans have lived through getting their hearts broken, so they know where Taylor Swift is coming from. Also, Taylor Swift has some catchy revengeful songs that they can relate to and play to get over their break-ups. Imagine getting over some guy that broke your heart, but no one is there for you. No worries, just pop in Taylor Swift’s “Fearless” cd and it will slowly make anyone feel better. The reason why these teenage girls like her so much is that she understands and expresses sad emotions in her music.

I am a big fan of Taylor Swift and her music. I like the fact that she writes her own music, which most artists don’t do these days. When I listen to Taylor Swift’s songs, I can sense the emotions and time she puts into her songs. Also, I like the fact that she can make her songs feel sad or happy and the fan listening to it. To me, her “Fearless” album was the best one out of her three albums. I didn’t get into Taylor Swift until her “Fearless” album came out and her “Enchanted” album wasn’t that great. It’s like she’s singing out of her own diary and I feel what she is going through. Taylor Swift gives me a sense of hope that there are still girls just like her out there. Not a stuck up girl that judges a guy on their looks, but a girl who judges a person on their personality. Taylor Swift is my ideal picture of what a perfect girl should be like. If only all girls could be somewhat similar to Taylor Swift.

Last but not least, here is one of Taylor Swift’s biggest fan, Kanye West. Whoever said haters can’t be fans? I remember it like yesterday, watching the VMA’s Taylor Swift had just won “Best Female Video of the year”. As shown in this picture, Mr. Ego Trip (Kanye West) grabs the mic and says, “ Taylor, I’m really happy for you but Beyonce had one of the best videos (‘Single Ladies’) of all time”. After saying that he shrugged and walked away like nothing happened. The cameras soon zoomed to Beyonce and you could just see the expression on her face. She was just as surprised as anyone else. Upon Kanye West leaving the stage, Taylor Swift did not even bother for revenge. This just shows how great of a person Taylor Swift is. The great thing about this whole incident is that Taylor Swift got even popular and Kanye West got ridiculed.

To wrap it all up, Taylor Swift fans look up to Taylor. They only want to be everything like her because she inspires them to follow their dreams. Taylor Swift is a symbol for hard work and They express their selves through Taylor’s music. Taylor Swift is a way better role model than most of these new teens that are resorting to drugs and more focused in the media. These Taylor Swift fans are just trying to throw their old relationships behind them just like Taylor. Taylor Swift will always have haters but that can never stop her because what doesn’t kill you make you stronger. Though Taylor Swift fans are all different, they all have one single thing in common; they all love Taylor Swift.
